DMCA Takedown Process for BustyNights
BustyNights (bustynights.com) follows the rules set by the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) for handling copyright takedown requests.
- Our site only lists and embeds videos hosted on third-party sites. When we remove a listing here, it only disappears from BustyNights. The actual video stays on its original host, which has its own way to handle takedown requests.
- To report copyright issues, send your notice to our Copyright Agent using the contact form at contact page.
- Your takedown notice must include:
- The URL(s) of the listing(s) you want removed
- Clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim
- Your contact information
- A statement made in good faith that the use is unauthorized
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Your signature
- Once we get a complete notice, we act on it within a few business days. If your notice is missing information, we’ll let you know what’s needed. We accept counter-notices under section 512(g). If a source repeatedly causes valid complaints, we remove it from our index.
